A local company out of Galt is searching for an Inside Sales Assistant who will have responsibilities that include assisting management and outside sales team with sales support and invoicing.
Position is full time, long term! Schedule:
Monday-Friday7am - 4pmLocation:

00/hour Inside Sales Assistant highlights:
- Collaborate with outside sales staff to provide support in the sales process.
- Assist in invoicing sales transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Set up and coordinate shipping for sales orders.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipping documentation.
- Take on overflow tasks to assist the management team.
What we look for in an Inside Sales Assistant:
- Previous experience in sales or sales support roles is a plus!- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
