Must be willing to travel (commute daily)- Self Motivated Must have Sales Back ground and experience with Pharmacies- Must also have working knowledge of Long Term Care Home Pharmaceutical needs for ICF's, ARF's, RCFE's and Small Family and Group Homes.
Must adhere to HIPPA Salary plus Bonus! Must be able to bring on 40 beds (clients from Care Facilities) a month then bonus will start after 40.
Must be self motivated Must take direction well, and accept training.
Some job duties, include but are not limited to:
Job
Responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective Care homes.
Must be able to bring at least 40 beds per month in first six months after that maintaining the sales and increase the monthly targets based on company needs.
Available to work 24/7 based on Customer needs to promote the business.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach potential customers through cold and warm calling.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Coordinate with doctor's office and convince patients to choose our Pharmacy.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Must be able to do door to door marketing for the care homes.
This job requires extensive driving, you will be using company car, cell phone and other allowances.
Requirements:
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer needs.
