We are seeking to add a part time veterinary receptionist to our team.
We are looking for a warmhearted, authentic, and dedicated person who can help us to continue to provide comprehensive, exceptional and compassionate veterinary care.
The veterinary receptionist serves in a client-facing, community-serving, and team-oriented role.
It requires great capacity for problem solving and strategy on a daily basis while remaining empathetic to both the people we serve and the people we work with.
To succeed in this role, you must be a forward thinker who is constantly motivated to deliver a unique and exceptional experience to our clients and patients.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and
Experience:

years' experience in a veterinary hospital Knowledge of veterinary industry software is desired, Neo is preferred Must love animals and be comfortable working around them Professional, friendly and courteous Ability to multi-task Basic computer skills Organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service capabilities Bilingual is a plus Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting patients/clients Checking in patients Scheduling appointments and procedures Maintaining and updating records Maintaining the cleanliness of the front lobby Assisting clients to their cars Process payment transactions Must relay appropriate information to the doctors/technicians Assist in cleaning rooms after patients Client call backs and client communications We are open Monday through Friday from 8:
30AM to 5:
30PM (3:
00PM on Fridays).
No evenings or weekends.
Ability to work within office hours is required.
Salary is commensurate with relevant experience.
